Expertly Impeaching the Medical Expert

Painter's article, "Expertly Impeaching the Medical Expert" is featured in the American Bar Association's Health Law Litigation Volume 9, Number 1, Fall/Winter newsletter. Health Law Litigation is published quarterly by the Health Law Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association. The ABA’s Health Law Litigation Committee, which is comprised of over 800 health care litigators, strives to be the premier resource to become informed, engaged and included in discussion and debate regarding current and emerging issues and trends in health care litigation. The Health Law Litigation Committee is divided into subcommittees that are designed to address in further detail topics and developments in areas specific to each member’s practice. Jim is currently serving as co-chair for the ABA's Health Law Litigation subcommittee on medical professional practice for his experience and depth of knowledge in medical malpractice defense. He also is a diplomate in medical professional liability with the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys (ABPLA) and has been recognized by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of medical malpractice law for the past three years.
