Davis has a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis in real estate and construction litigation and insurance defense. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has pursued and defended title insurance, ownership and property line and storm water disputes and worked with homeowners association on a broad spectrum of issues including covenants litigation and collecting assessments. Davis also has represented owners, developers, general contractors and sub-contractors in construction litigation matters and has extensive experience in handling bridge of contracts and filings and foreclosing upon and defense against construction lien matters including design and construction defect and negligence claims, payment claims and obtaining and releasing final lien waivers. He also provides insurance defense and comprehensive solutions to tort claims for insurers and self-insured corporate customers on automobile liability, titles, fire insurance, environmental claims and coverage, life, health and accident coverage, general and municipal liability and securities litigation.
