Davis has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis in real estate and construction litigation and insurance defense. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has pursued and defended title insurance, ownership and property line disputes, storm water disputes as well as works with homeowners associations on a broad spectrum of issues including covenants litigation and collecting assessments. Davis also has represented owners, developers, general contractors and sub-contractors in construction litigation matters and has extensive experience in handling breach of contract claims and filing, foreclosing upon and defending construction lien matters including design and construction defect and negligence claims, payment claims and obtaining and releasing final lien waivers. He also provides insurance defense and comprehensive solutions to tort claims for insurers and self-insured corporate customers on automobile liability, title claims, fire insurance, environmental claims and coverage, life, health and accident coverage, general and municipal liability and securities litigation.
