Pat has been a trial lawyer since 1966 and practices in the areas of general civil litigation, health care and general business matters. By providing experienced counsel for several decades Pat has helped clients from numerous industries find solutions to conflicts and avoid future conflicts. He has handled a wide variety of cases including: professional, products and premises liability; personal injury; securities fraud; banking, commercial and general business matters; trademarks; construction issues; non-competition agreements; governmental liability; eminent domain; a diversity of general contractual, tort and estate disputes and national and statewide class actions. He also has represented clients in appellate courts, state and federal trial courts and serves as a mediator in commercial, personal injury and professional liability cases. In addition to his litigation practice, he also represents several businesses and healthcare organizations.
