Tara’s practice is evenly divided between general corporate and transactional matters and commercial real estate. Due to the many areas of expertise provided by members of the Hull firm, Tara coordinates more specialized representation for her clients in the areas of employment, environmental, estate planning, public finance, securities and taxation. She advises entrepreneurs and existing businesses in their evaluation and selection of business entities, general operational matters, and the acquisition and disposition of additional businesses. She advises real estate developers in transactions including the purchase, zoning, development and sale of property; tax deferred exchanges; and build-to-suit and leases for retail and commercial projects. Tara also counsels land owners in connection with conservation easements and has worked on two important conservation easements for property fronting along the Savannah River.
