Hull Barrett, PC was recently recognized at the 2011 Primerus Annual Conference as one of the finalist for the annual community service award. This year’s award went to Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C. from Chicago. Other finalists included Rothman Gordon of Pittsburgh.
Each summer, Primerus members are asked to submit a summary of their firm’s community service efforts and activities during the prior year. All submissions are reviewed by the Primerus Nominating Committee, which is comprised of the Chairs of the Primerus Institutes. After careful consideration, the Nominating Committee selects the top three finalists. The winner is then determined by the Primerus members through online voting, and announced at the Primerus Annual Conference in October.
This year, Hull Barrett was deemed one of the finalist for its participation in numerous community service events, its commitment to pro bono services, active involvement with a number of local charitable and civic organizations, including but not limited to the Press On To CURE Childhood Cancer, The Golden Harvest Food Bank, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Salvation Army, Relay for Life, Augusta Red Cross, and others.
