James V. Painter Quoted in American Bar Association’s Litigation News Article

James V. Painter, chair of Hull Barrett’s Litigation Department, was quoted in the American Bar Association’s Litigation News Volume 38, Number 2, Winter 2013 article, “Trend Continues for Personal Injury Damage Caps” by Caitlin Haney. In the article Mr. Painter comments on the the Miller v. Johnson matter in which the Kansas Supreme Court joined 17 other states in concluding that statutory caps on non-economic damages are constitutional.
