Sydney practices in the areas of business law, civil litigation, entertainment law, real estate, and local government law. She has extensive experience in litigation having previously worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia, the Columbia District Attorney’s Office, and the Western Circuit Public Defender’s Office working in both criminal and civil matters.
Sydney also has experience in the Sports/Entertainment realm having previously worked for the University of Georgia Athletic Association in their Legal Compliance Department, primarily working with Name Image and Likeness contracts, recruiting, and other collegiate contract issues.
Sydney was born and raised in the CSRA and graduated from Greenbrier High School in 2019 while simultaneously earning her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Georgia Military College through Georgia’s Dual Enrollment Program. She then attended the University of Georgia where she obtained a bachelor degree in political science, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Sydney went on to attend the University of Georgia School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Sydney served as the Executive Managing Editor of Georgia’s Criminal Law Review and was the President of the Equal Justice Foundation.
After graduating from law school, she was admitted to the bar for the State of Georgia.
