Examples of the areas in which the firm’s ADR practice has been involved include personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, construction and contract disputes, estate disputes, professional negligence, and domestic litigation.

Representation and Achievements
The firm’s ADR practice includes a former Superior Court Judge and several experienced trial attorneys who collectively have successfully mediated hundreds of cases. The firm’s members have been recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals, the Best Lawyers in America, and have been appointed by State and Federal Judges to serve as mediators, arbitrators, and special masters in contested cases. Several of the firm members have spoken at Continuing Legal Education programs on mediation and some have actually conducted training sessions for mediators.
