Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with transactional legal work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining client files.
  • Perform research to support attorneys legal activities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Monitor deadlines and assist in preparing documentation for filings or other legal procedures.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in transactional law.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to transactional law.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
