Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with transactional legal work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining client files.
- Perform research to support attorneys legal activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitor deadlines and assist in preparing documentation for filings or other legal procedures.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in transactional law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to transactional law.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
