Biography

Kelley practices in the areas of commercial, corporate, lending, real estate, and estate planning law in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. His practice centers on representing family office, professional, banking, and corporate clients in transactions such as private equity placements, commercial loans, real estate acquisitions, development and leasing, and corporate acquisitions and mergers. He also represents lenders in commercial loan transactions, workouts, collections, and foreclosures.

A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Kelley enjoys spending time with his wife, Bethany, and children Anna, Mallory, Tanner, and Warren, fishing, boating, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
