Brandtley is an associate in the Evans office of Hull Barrett and a member of the Private Wealth transactional group. Brandtley’s practice focuses on business law and estate planning. Prior to joining Hull Barrett, Brandtley worked for a multinational law firm in Atlanta where she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities. Brandtley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Brandtley served as an editorial board member and articles editor for the Georgia Law Review.

J. Milton Martin, Jr.

Milton’s practice focuses in corporate work, wills and estates, residential real estate, and negotiating joint venture agreements for the development and operation of commercial real estate. He also represents mortgage banks and borrowers in construction financing and refinancing transactions, and also regularly advises landlords and tenants on long-term office, warehouse and retail lease transactions. Michael E. Fowler, Jr.

Mike Fowler practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions in the Evans, Georgia office of the firm. Brian began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and brings this extensive accounting and tax knowledge to his law practice. As a partner with the firm, his work ethic has allowed him to quickly become an integral part of the firm’s transactional group.
