Benjamin R. Dinges
Ben Dinges has successfully represented clients in a variety of transactional matters. His practice primarily focuses on real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions. Ben has represented buyers and sellers of real property and assets related to business operations; commercial developers in all aspects of property acquisition, financing, leasing, zoning, and land use; lenders and borrowers in various loan transactions; and residential builders in connection with the acquisition of real property and establishment of associations and covenants. He has also facilitated a wide variety of corporate transactions, including private acquisitions, reorganizations involving conversions and mergers, and the preparation of governing documents. Brian S. Coursey
Brian began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and brings this extensive accounting and tax knowledge to his law practice. As a partner with the firm, his work ethic has allowed him to quickly become an integral part of the firm’s transactional group. As an attorney & CPA he handles many different types of business and corporate matters, ranging from entity selection and formations to the buying and selling of businesses. He also frequently prepares and advises on employment agreements, buy-sell agreements and other contracts used in operations. Routinely he will represent clients and advise them in various estate planning matters, including protecting assets against potential creditors and tax avoidance and assists clients with estate administration and various types of probate matters. Chris practices in the area of business law with an emphasis in civil litigation. Chris has had considerable experience litigating complex business and commercial disputes, construction claims and class actions. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in both state and federal trial courts.

Robert L. Buchanan
Bob began practicing law in Aiken, South Carolina as an associate at the firm of Williams and Johnson in 1976, where he practiced as an associate and later as a partner until the early 1990s. He then formed Buchanan Law Office, P.A., where he practiced until he joined Hull Barrett, PC as a partner in 2018. Bob has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters, including cases involving automobile, motorcycle, truck and train accidents, as well as injuries resulting from premises liability.
