Bill joined Hull Barrett in 1980 and is a senior partner in the Aiken office of the firm. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business/corporate law and has extensive experience on wealth transfer issues for individuals and owners of closely held businesses, the administration of decedents’ estates, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions and small business transfers.His experience includes over 40 years of representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in thousands of residential real estate closings; commercial real estate closings for new projects, mergers and acquisitions and buyouts; and representation of buyers and sellers of closely held retail and service businesses and professional practices.
Paul K. Simons, Jr.
Paul’s practice centers mainly on representing banking and corporate clients in transactions such as commercial loans; real estate acquisitions, development and leasing; and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in corporate/commercial law, including all aspects of business formation and operation, joint venture transactions, strategic partnerships, equity buy-in agreements, buy-sell agreements and other similar agreements, as well as a variety of agreements that clients require for their continuing operations.

Ben’s practice focuses primarily on real estate matters and commercial transactions in Evans, Georgia.
J. Milton Martin, Jr.
Milton’s practice focuses in corporate work, wills and estates, residential real estate, and negotiating joint venture agreements for the development and operation of commercial real estate. He also represents mortgage banks and borrowers in construction financing and refinancing transactions, and also regularly advises landlords and tenants on long-term office, warehouse and retail lease transactions. In addition to closing Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, Mr. Martin assists with the preparation of the loan documents in compliance with the SBA Authorization for both SBA 504 Loans and SBA 7A loans. Michael E. Fowler, Jr.
Mike Fowler practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions in the Evans, Georgia office of the firm. He works closely with companies and regularly advises clients concerning general corporate matters. His practice concentrates on representing corporate, banking, and individual clients in transactions such as real estate closings, lease and contract negotiation and drafting loan closings, collections, and foreclosures.
J. Christopher Driver
Chris practices transactional and litigation law, with a focus on the use and enjoyment of real estate, including land use, zoning, eminent domain, and property rights. He also practices local government law and is the County Attorney for Columbia County, Georgia.
Benjamin R. Dinges
Ben Dinges has successfully represented clients in a variety of transactional matters. His practice primarily focuses on real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions. Ben has represented buyers and sellers of real property and assets related to business operations; commercial developers in all aspects of property acquisition, financing, leasing, zoning, and land use; lenders and borrowers in various loan transactions; and residential builders in connection with the acquisition of real property and establishment of associations and covenants.
