Blake Williamson

Blake practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, probate litigation and estate planning, civil litigation, and business law. His legal background includes experience with the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, a respected litigation firm in Macon, Georgia, and a full-service law firm in the Atlanta area, providing him with a solid foundation to adeptly represent his clients. Blake was born in Augusta, Georgia, and moved to Burke County at a young age. He attended school in Burke County, ultimately graduating from Edmund Burke Academy in Waynesboro. Blake went on to the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology, with an area of emphasis in research methodology.

William H. Tucker

Bill joined Hull Barrett in 1980 and is a senior partner in the Aiken office of the firm. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business/corporate law and has extensive experience on wealth transfer issues for individuals and owners of closely held businesses, the administration of decedents’ estates, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions and small business transfers.His experience includes over 40 years of representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in thousands of residential real estate closings; commercial real estate closings for new projects, mergers and acquisitions and buyouts; and representation of buyers and sellers of closely held retail and service businesses and professional practices.

Paul K. Simons, Jr.

Paul’s practice centers mainly on representing banking and corporate clients in transactions such as commercial loans; real estate acquisitions, development and leasing; and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in corporate/commercial law, including all aspects of business formation and operation, joint venture transactions, strategic partnerships, equity buy-in agreements, buy-sell agreements and other similar agreements, as well as a variety of agreements that clients require for their continuing operations.

Delta R. Pennington

Delta focuses her legal practice on estate planning and real estate. Her legal background includes various legal settings, including experience in the Columbia County Superior Court, Augusta University, and a full-service law firm in Savannah. Delta is a proud native of Aiken, South Carolina, and a graduate of South Aiken High School. She then attended the University of South Carolina, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with honors.

Kelley D. Mobley

Kelley specializes in advising the firm’s estate planning, commercial real estate, and business and professional clients across a variety of industry sectors, including, but not limited to, banking and financial services, healthcare, business services, consumer products, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, retail, agriculture, aviation, and residential and multifamily development. Utilizing his 27-years of experience partnering with individuals, start-ups, family businesses, professional services firms, large private companies, private equity funds, and venture capital firms, Kelley works closely with clients on entity formation, corporate governance, capital-raising strategies and transactions, customer and vendor contract negotiations, debt or equity financing, commercial real estate acquisition, equipment acquisition, M&A transactions, succession planning, exit strategies, and estate planning by using a practical, solutions-based approach to each transaction in order to achieve goals and objectives.

R. E. Hanna III

Rand practices in the areas of commercial, corporate, lending, and real estate law in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. His practice centers on representing banking and corporate clients in transactions such as commercial loans; real estate acquisitions, development and leasing; and corporate acquisitions and mergers. He also represents lenders in commercial loan workouts, collections and foreclosures.

Robert L. Buchanan

Bob began practicing law in Aiken, South Carolina as an associate at the firm of Williams and Johnson in 1976, where he practiced as an associate and later as a partner until the early 1990s. He then formed Buchanan Law Office, P.A., where he practiced until he joined Hull Barrett, PC as a partner in 2018. Bob has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters, including cases involving automobile, motorcycle, truck and train accidents, as well as injuries resulting from premises liability.
